Main project objective

The project aims to improve the quality and availability of the Specialist Medical Clinic WILMED’s offer operating within JTP-INVESTMENT sp. z o.o. for residents of the Warsaw metropolitan area by implementing online services, including transactional interaction, streamlining the provision of health services, and increasing the efficiency of their delivery using ICT.

Specific project objectives

• Increase the quality of health services provided to residents of the Warsaw metropolitan area by implementing advanced ICT-based solutions at the JTP-INVESTMENT sp. z o.o. facility.
• Improve access to public services in the Warsaw metropolitan area by implementing online services at the JTP-INVESTMENT sp. z o.o. facility.
• Increase the efficiency of medical service delivery at the JTP-INVESTMENT sp. z o.o. medical facility by implementing online services optimizing cooperation with partner facilities to offer comprehensive medical services.

Number of public services made available online with maturity level at least 4 – transaction – 8 units.
Server room disk space – will be increased to 3 TB as a result of the project
